I am living proof that coral calcium works. I had horrible cramping in mostly my left leg every single night to the point I was almost ready to commit suicide. No doctor could figure out why. I couldn't get a decent night sleep and I was up every hour. I started digging up information myself on cramps in the legs and found calcium and maganese depletion in the body. Ironically, the left leg cramping stated calcium deficiency. I started taking Coral Calcium at bed everynight and cramps gone! Absolutely Love it!!!
I saw an infomercial last summer (2010) with Bob Barefoot and Kevin Trudeau promoting Coral Calcium, and was kind of skeptical because I knew that all of Kevin's books had poor reviews. But something about Bob convinced me to check out what they were saying about the health benefits of Coral Calcium further. Bob said all we really need to be healthy is Water, Sunlight (Vitamin D), and Calcium - and that's it. And he talked about how most diseases could be traced back to an inefficiency of Calcium.Well, I'm mid twenties and I recently got kicked out of the nest. So at this point I'm just doing contract work (no benefits with my job), so I don't have health insurance. The only thing in the last 4 months that I've changed in my diet is taking Coral Calcium. I'm still eating exactly the same, which definitely isn't the healthiest I could be!However, since taking one pill in the morning and one in the evening, I have not been sick one day yet. Hey they're the best, coral calcium that is. Now has great products. If you want better appetite control and you're on the Atkin's diet or something similar, take these. The body seems to buffer a high protein diet and the coral calcium really curbs that craving for replacing the calcium the body is using to do the buffering. I'm not on such a diet, but they did such a good job when I was that I still take them and they have all the trace elements as well.

I heard about CORAL calcium, so I figured I'd try it out and I'm glad I did, because I can definitely tell a difference! Skeptical at First, But Now I'm a Believer!
I'm someone that always looks for natural remedies for health and healing. Also, before jumping to conclusions about something, I like to have a fairly adequate amount of evidence in regards to the things that I review and more specifically the supplements I take. Since doing so I FEEL better than I've felt in years and more importantly, I haven't been sick nearly at all aside from a sniffle or two hear and there.
